Refund / Cancellation Policy

Cancellations may be made by the individual plan holders by contacting us via @952.sportsconsulting on Instagram, @952_sports on Twitter or emailing us at nft.sportsconsulting@gmail.com. Simply message us the word "Cancel" and we will ensure no future charges are made your account. Cancellations are to be made aware of one business day prior to the profile renewal date to ensure no future charges are made. By purchasing you agree to these terms as well as all terms on our "T&C's" page and Nine Five Two Sports, LLC shall not be liable for refuted charges beyond these terms.

There is absolutely no obligation for a refund on any of the services provided by "Nine Five Two Sports, LLC" via this website or our private twitter. The opportunity for a refund in the form of service credit shall be determined on a case by case basis. You agree to pay the purchase price and all recurring payments unless cancelled prior to the specified renewal date in your account. Additionally, you agree to not contact your bank or credit card issuer to cancel transactions after any charges are made without prior cancellation. Nine Five Two Sports is not responsible for any overdraft charges, over limit charges or NSF fees by your bank or credit card issuer. Nine Five Two Sports does not guarantee any specific results from use of the services provided. Your failure to use the services purchased does not void any part of this agreement made by purchasing.
